💩 How does Coastal Doody’s service work?

We come to your property on your scheduled day and scoop all visible dog waste from your yard, patio, or designated areas. Once everything’s cleaned up, we dispose of the waste in your preferred receptacle —we’ll confirm this with you when you sign up.


📬 Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! Our service is completely contactless unless you request otherwise. We'll always respect your space and your pets, and you don't need to be present for us to do the job right.


🐶 What if I have dogs in the yard?

We’re dog lovers, but safety comes first. Before your first scoop, we’ll reach out to confirm entry instructions and whether your pups will be inside or outside during visits. If your dog is protective or nervous, we may ask that they be secured while we’re on the property.


🚪 How will you access my yard?

When you sign up, we’ll contact you to collect entry instructions—like gate codes, key locations, or other details needed to access your yard. We always close and secure gates after service.


🗑️ What happens to the waste?

We’ll dispose of it in a predetermined receptacle of your choosing. You tell us where it goes—we follow your lead. We can also discuss eco-friendly options like composting if you're interested!


📅 What if I need to skip or reschedule?

No problem! Just send us a quick message or email at hello@coastaldoody.com at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll work with you to reschedule your visit.


💳 How do I pay?

Billing is simple! For recurring services, you’ll be billed monthly through our secure online system. One-time cleanups are billed individually. Cancel anytime—no contracts, no hassle.
